1. Enrollment Agreement

By enrolling your child at Lerato Daycare, you agree to comply with all policies regarding hours of operation, payment schedules, and behavioral expectations.

2. Fees and Payments

Tuition fees are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments will incur a 5% penalty fee after the 5th of the month.

3. Attendance Policy

Fees are payable monthly regardless of attendance
Absences exceeding 2 weeks require medical documentation
The centre may release a child's spot after 20+ unexplained absences

4. Health Policies

Children showing symptoms of illness must remain home. We require up-to-date immunization records for all enrolled children.

5. Termination Policy

Two weeks written notice required for withdrawal
No refunds for partial months or registration fees
Re-enrollment requires new registration for each academic year

6. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, Lerato Daycare cannot be held liable for accidents or injuries that occur on premises.
