Effective for 2025 Academic Year

1. Registration Requirements

• Non-refundable registration fee: R800
• First month's fees must be paid in advance
• Complete all admission forms prior to attendance

2. Required Documents

Must be submitted with registration:

• Child's birth certificate
• Immunization card
• Certified copies of parents'/guardians' ID documents
• Study/work permits (for non-South African citizens)
• Residence permits (for non-South African citizens)

5. Re-enrollment Policy

• Registration must be renewed annually
• Re-enrollment forms and fees due 3 months before year-end
• Priority given to existing students who register on time

6. Health Declaration

• Parents must disclose all medical conditions and allergies
• Children with contagious illnesses must remain home
• COVID-19 screening conducted daily

7. Supplies Requirements

Parents must provide:

• Specified toilet paper rolls per week
• Soap and washing towel
• Diapers and change clothes (if applicable)
• Age-appropriate stationery (see detailed lists)

8. Policy Acceptance

By signing the registration forms, parents/guardians acknowledge they:

• Have read and understood all policies
• Agree to comply with all operational procedures
• Accept the financial obligations
